Marque expanding presence

Xpeng Motors has detailed its expanded dealership and service network as it continues to move forward after the conclusion of its distributor arrangement.

The marque currently has franchises on Auckland’s North Shore, and in Hamilton, Christchurch and Tauranga. Its New Zealand website adds an Xpeng Centre in Greenlane, Auckland, and dealerships in Napier and Wellington are “coming soon”.

Across the Tasman, its dealer and service network will span 66 locations by the end of December this year.

The bigger dealer and service network precedes the arrival of the Xpeng L03 compact SUV and G9L premium large SUV to local showrooms. These two models will join the G6 mid-sized SUV and X9 luxury people mover.

Kiwi pricing for the L03, pictured, starts at $49,990 with first customer deliveries anticipated before the end of 2026. Pricing and specifications for G9L will be confirmed before the end of this year ahead of an anticipated showroom arrival early in 2027.
