Enterprise Motor Group (EMG) is celebrating international success after winning the best data-driven experience category at the Dotties Apac 2026.

The used-car dealer group collected the award during a ceremony at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney that honoured the best in marketing across the Asia-Pacific region.

It was also a finalist for the most impactful campaign of the year by a business-to-consumer company.

Other award contenders included some of the biggest names in retail, such as Converse, The Body Shop, Bonds and Boardriders, which is behind the brands Quiksilver, Billabong and Roxy.

The best data-driven experience gong recognises businesses that use their customer data to create a better experience for the people they serve.

EMG says in its case that means using what it knows about its customers to send timely, relevant communications that help drivers at every stage of owning a car, not just on the day they buy it.

Jono Wu, head of marketing, adds the win on October 29 shows a New Zealand dealer with four locations can hold its own on the international stage.

“To be named a finalist alongside brands like Converse, Bras N Things and Bonds was already a proud moment,: he continues.

“To come home with the award is something special. Not bad for a Kiwi car dealer that’s been around since 1970.

“This one comes down to hard work, smart thinking and the way we use our data to give customers a better experience. A huge well done to our marketing team and to everyone at EMG who puts the customer first every day.”

Dotdigital, a cross-channel marketing automation platform used by brands worldwide and organiser of the Dotties, says EMG’s win is well deserved.

Jade O’Donnell, customer success manager, adds: “I’m thrilled to see Enterprise Motor Group take home best data-driven experience at this year’s Dotties.

“The team has done an outstanding job of turning their customer data into timely, relevant communications that genuinely add value for drivers at every stage of ownership, not just at the point of sale.

“It’s been a pleasure partnering with them and this award is a well-deserved recognition of their smart, customer-first approach.”
