Commercials drop slightly

Used commercial vehicle importers sold 1,055 units during November, down just 1.03 per cent, or 11 units, on October – and down by 9.4 per cent on November 2017. 

Year to date, 11,318 used commercial vehicles have been imported, 670 units short of 2017’s full-year total. 

Toyota led the market with a 44.6 per cent share and 448 units. It was followed by Nissan on 20.9 per cent with 206 units, and Fiat came third with 2.1 per cent and 64 units.

The Toyota Hiace was the top-selling model on 341 units and a 32.3 per cent market share. Nissan’s Caravan was second with a 6.3 per cent market share and 66 units. The Fiat Ducato came a close third on 6.1 per cent and 64 registrations.
