Car yard fire in Drury

A south Auckland car yard located in Drury has been involved in a large fire which took four fire crews to extinguish it. 

While the car yard hasn’t been formally named, Sameera Cars Ltd is the car yard that is located at the address where the fire took place.  

According to Stuff NZ, a man who said he owned some cars at the yard said he had not heard from the business owner. 

A Fire and Emergency spokesperson told Radio New Zealand no one appeared to be in the two-storey building.

Autofile Online has contacted the owner of the alleged car yard for more information but has yet to hear back.
