Business gains Time ranking

Assurant, which owns Protecta Insurance, has been included in the Time World’s Best Companies 2024 ranking. 

A comprehensive analysis is conducted to identify top-performing businesses across the globe to secure a ranking. Its criteria covers employee satisfaction, revenue growth and sustainability.

Surveys were conducted in more than 50 countries with data collected from about 170,000 participants. It included direct and indirect recommendations of companies, and evaluations of employers across image, atmosphere, working conditions, salary, and equality.

The businesses included needed to have generated revenue of at least US$100m last year, while demonstrating positive revenue growth from 2021-23 was also considered.

Sustainability was evaluated on environmental, social and governance data based on standardised key performance indicators and targeted research.
