Banbury to leave Better Finance

Amos Banbury will be wrapping up with One Partner Ltd, which trades as Better Finance, on January 30.

He is returning to dealership life full-time by heading back into the motorcycle world where he started his career.

As a founder of the business, Banbury has made an “enduring” contribution and played a key role in shaping One Partner’s growth “from the early build phase through to scaling a strong adviser-led model and deep partner relationships across the sector”.

Samuel Cavanagh, founder and director, adds: “Amos was instrumental from day one. He helped build not just the foundations of the business, but also the culture and capability of the team we have today – a team of 20-plus advisers, supported by strong systems and structure, delivering great outcomes for customers every day.

“I’m genuinely grateful for what Amos has put into building Better Finance and I wish him every success in his next chapter.”

Banbury, pictured, says he’s leaving with huge pride in what the team has built. “It’s been an absolute pleasure building One Partner alongside Sam and working with such a talented team,” he adds.

“I’m proud of what we’ve created together and the quality of service the team delivers. I’m now looking forward to my next challenge – returning to my motorcycle passion and focusing 100 per cent on the Casbolts dealership.”

A planned transition is under way, with day-to-day service continuing as normal for customers and partners.
