2 Cheap’s CFO quits
Haydn Marks has resigned as chief financial officer of NZ Automotive Investments (NZAI), the parent company of 2 Cheap Cars.
Marks, who has tendered his resignation “to pursue other interests”, will remain in his position during his notice period until June 30.
An NZAI statement to the NZX on April 4 says he helped to list the company and transition it into the listed environment, helped it to navigate through Covid-19 disruptions and shape strategy and, more recently, has worked with the board and new management “to position the company for future success”.
Paul Millward, chief executive officer, says: “On behalf of the team at NZAI, I would like to thank Haydn for his contribution to NZAI over the past few years and wish him well in his future endeavours.”
He adds the company will now commence a comprehensive executive search process for a new CFO and will provide a further market update “in due course”.
