Model gets update

Posted on 15 July, 2016

Mazda has released an updated Mazda3, which will be available in New Zealand this spring. The model, which goes on sale today in Japan, is part of Mazda’s next-generation lineup, which aims to offer Jinba-ittai driving performance. The updated Mazda3 features a series of SkyActiv Vehicle Dynamic technologies, including G-Vectoring Control, which Mazda says provides integrated control of the engine, transmission, chassis and body. Andrew Clearwater, managing director of Mazda New Zealand, says he believes the updated model will enhance the desirability of the Mazda3 here. He adds: “We will continue updating our models with next-generation technologies based on our human-centred development philosophy, without concern for the timing of redesigns.”
