Would sir like an i8?

Jewellery magnate Sir Michael Hill has taken delivery of a new BMW i8 because he says he simply had to have one after seeing the model last year. “The aesthetics of the vehicle are spellbinding. It’s quite literally a work of art and the design of the i8 is the finest shape I’ve ever seen.  In my opinion, it rivals the beauty of any Italian masterpiece. “I regard it as possibly one of BMW’s greatest achievements.  The appearance is space age, it has amazing fuel efficiency and I can’t wait to be driving it.” There are now five i8s in New Zealand, with two in the South Island and three in the north. “Sir Michael’s new car was part of the first customer shipment of the new model into the country,” says Nina Englert, managing director of BMW NZ.
