Warning over Leaf

Recently there have been a number of Nissan Leaf cars imported into NZ that have arrived minus the SD card which is essential for the radio operation and other features of the car. These SD cards are vehicle specific. If  they go missing the complete console will need to be sent to Japan for a new card to be supplied. The IMVIA recommends that you instruct your Japanese agents to secure the SD card for Nissan Leaf (and other vehicles that rely on an SD card) and send separately by international courier to ensure you don't have to go through the expensive hassle of replacing a missing card.
