Walsh delighted with VTNZ win

VTNZ has been given a warrant of fitness by its staff last by the organisation taking top honours at the IBM Kenexa Best Workplaces Awards. The company beat out 227 other employers to clinch the top spot. The Kenexa survey, run every year by IBM, asks employees to anonymously rate how satisfied they are with their workplace. More than 800 VTNZ staff, representing an overall response rate of 97.3 per cent, gave the organisation the thumbs-up. Our challenge now is to keep that going.” VTNZ carries out more than 1,000,000 car and truck inspections in New Zealand every year. IBM’s Kenexa Best Workplaces survey is the largest study of workplaces in this country, collecting the views of 32,000 employees.
