Suzuki tops Canstar survey

Suzuki has been rated the number one car maker in New Zealand according to Canstar Blue’s latest vehicle survey. The marque topped the list of 11 major car makers in the country. Vehicle brands were rated out of five stars on value for money, point of sale service, after-sale service, reliability, driving experience and overall satisfaction.  “Suzuki should be incredibly proud of their achievement,” said Emma Quantrill,a  Canstar Blue spokesperson. “Receiving a maximum five star rating in every category as well as overall customer satisfaction is no mean feat and is a wonderful endorsement from Kiwi consumers. Canstar Blue congratulates Suzuki on a job well done.” Suzuki was the only car maker to achieve five stars in all six rankings, and the only to receive five stars in overall satisfaction, driving experience, value for money and after-sale service. Hyundai and Kia also received five-star ratings for reliability and point of sale, making them tied for second place.” “We’re delighted with this independent recognition of our customer satisfaction levels,” said marketing manager for Suzuki New Zealand Fiona Bridgford. “This has been a strong focus for Suzuki New Zealand and our dealer network so it is very pleasing to have regained the award after winning in 2014, and 2015.” The Canstar Blue vehicle survey was conducted by iView in June, and analysed the findings of over 35,000 active members in New Zealand.
