New name for dealership

Team McMillan BMW will be known as Auckland City BMW from May 1 as the business unveils its renovated showroom in Newmarket.   “We’re creating more of a brand environment – it’s more like a brand store now – and it was a great opportunity to rebrand the dealership,” says Ian Gibson, managing director of Auckland City BMW. On its revamped premises, he adds: “We’re making what was already good a lot better and adopting advanced future retail programmes BMW has launched worldwide. “The transformation of our dealership into the ultimate BMW destination is now complete. We have also developed New Zealand’s only i-brand electric vehicle showroom highlighting the new i3 and i8 models.”
