ITS World Congress Networking Events in NZ

Intelligent Transport Systems New Zealand, ITS, is holding networking evenings in both Auckland and Christchurch next month. The event will be about the highlights from their latest World Congress in Montreal. The World Congress is the world's leading event for intelligent transport systems, where new technologies, the latest research and innovative approaches to transport planning, management and operations are discussed and examined. Representing New Zealand in Montreal was a few key figures in the industry plus the Mayor of Christchurch, Lianne Dalziell, where she showcased her experience of the earthquake and how technology played a big part in the recovery.  Sharing their insights and learnings from the World Congress in Auckland will be Mike Rudge (Stantec) and Blair Monk (Aurecon), in Christchurch will be Stephen Hewett (Beca) and Andrew Gurr (Fusion Networks).  You can find more information and register here at www.itsnz.org
