Refrigerant positive for environment

Approved by New Zealand’s Environmental Protection Authority earlier this year, BOC Gases are now stocking the new HFO1234yf. The HFO1234yf is being used in many new vehicles throughout Europe. The new refrigerant comes as a great improvement due to the predecessor R134a being assessed as having a negative impact on the environment. The price for the new refrigerant is $1,575 + GST.
