Continental Cars Audi has been crowned the marque’s dealer of the year for 2023 as well as picking up the marketing team of the year title.

The Auckland dealership was also a finalist in four of the other five categories at the Audi Excellence Awards, which were announced during a recent gathering of dealers from across the brand’s network.

Niall Brady, dealer principal at Continental Cars Audi, says he is proud of his team for all their hard work and dedication in helping the company win the top prize. 

“This achievement showcases the high standards we set to achieve excellence for ourselves and our customers,” he adds. 

“It also highlights the strides we’ve made with a new management team at the helm.”

Other winners at the annual awards included Ebbett Audi in Hamilton clinching the new car sales team and parts team gongs, and Euro City in Napier the used car sales team honour.

Farmer Autovillage in Mount Maunganui topped the service team category and Giltrap Audi in Auckland triumphed in the finance team section.

Greg Leet, Audi New Zealand’s general manager, says the excellence awards are about recognising and celebrating exceptional business performance.

“Our programme recognises those that deliver outstanding results against the key performance indicators that we apply from customer service, technical, marketing, right through to sales results,” he explains. 

“Delivering consistent results, at a premium level requires both the mindset and the full support of every area within the business.

“We want to congratulate all the winners for their outstanding performances in 2023. Especially Niall Brady and the team at Continental Cars Audi with their outstanding commitment to delivering a consistently high standard. They were a clear winner for the overall Dealer of the Year title.”
