Audi Q2 on display

Audi New Zealand has unveiled its new SUV Q2 model, this week, which will go on sale in NZ early next year. The pre-production motorshow vehicle will partake in a nationwide tour of New Zealand throughout the fortnight and is scheduled to be shown to dealers and potential customers, subject to roading availability after the earthquake. The Q2 will include a 1.4litre TFSI engine, with 110kW and 250Nm of torque. Driver assistance programmes on the vehicle will also include pre-sense city driving detection systems and blind-spot monitors. The vehicle will also include an electrically-operated tail gate and up to 1,050 litres of cargo space. It will also include the Audi MMI navigation and audio system as well as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto phone connectivity. Available in 11 colours, with five alloy wheel designs and a sporty look, the model will be available in February or March next year, in NZ and will be priced from $54,500 plus on road costs. Customers can also opt for the $3,500 leather package, the $3,000 driver assistance system package, and the $3,000 technology package. A two-litre TFSI powered Q2, and also an all-wheel-drive Quattro version should arrive later in 2017. [gallery ids="26867,26868"]
