IMVIA meeting dates

The Imported Motor Vehicle Industry Association (IMVIA) has given notice of its annual general meetings for 2014. The AGM for the South Island branch is on May 28 in Christchurch. It will be followed by the North Island branch’s annual meeting on May 29 in Auckland with the national AGM afterwards. Members are entitled to raise proposals or items of business they wish to have considered. They must be submitted to the branch secretary at least 14 days before the AGM. South Island members with any matters to raise should email alistair@brlaccountants.co.nz or fax him on (03) 343-1155. The North Island email address is bev@imvia.co.nz or fax (09) 573-3062. The deadline for such emails is May 19. Notices with the venue, times, agenda, minutes of the 2013 AGM and the chief executive’s annual report will be online at www.imvia.co.nz from May 20.
